Eligibility Under the IPTV Lion Refund Policy

At IPTV Lion, your satisfaction is very important to us. If the service you receive does not work as described — for example, due to technical faults with our streaming servers — you are eligible for either a refund or a server replacement under the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacement
You may request a refund or a server replacement if:

  • The subscribed service is non‑operational (e.g., channels not accessible, persistent buffering, inability to connect) and the issue is confirmed by our technical team.

  • You notify us of the problem within 3 days of activation.

  • The service issue is not caused by your own device, network, or violation of our terms of service.

3. What We Offer: Refund or Replacement

  • Server Replacement: In many cases, we will offer to move you to a new, fully functioning server at no extra cost — often the faster solution.

  • Refund: If we cannot provide a functioning server in a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund of your subscription payment for the period affected.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Contact our support team at support@iptvlion.com (or via WhatsApp) and describe the issue.

  • Provide relevant details: your account/activation code, the device(s) used, error messages, time of problem, and any troubleshooting already done.

  • Our technical team will assess the claim within 7 business days.

  • If approved, we will either migrate you to a new server or initiate the refund process.

5. Refund Processing Details

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used, or another method if mutually agreed.

  • Once approved, allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).

  • If you choose a server replacement instead of a refund, the replacement takes immediate effect once approved.

6. Limitations & Exclusions

  • We cannot provide refunds or replacements for issues caused by your device, your network environment, improper configuration, or third‑party services.

  • Refunds will not be provided for voluntary cancellation of the service without technical fault.

  • This policy does not apply to any service period already fully used or serviced correctly.

  • The right to replacement or refund does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Changes to Policy
IPTV Lion may update this Refund & Server Replacement Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
